Your Role with Keystone Automotive Operations
Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently looking to hire an A/R Collections Specialist for our Exeter, PA location!
Our A/R Collections Specialists are responsible for assisting branches in collecting and processing accounts receivable.
Responsibilities Include:
- Make collection calls to customers in cooperation with branch managers.
- Update and consult with branch managers regarding status of accounts.
- Send collection letters according to company policy and submit accounts to outside collection agency as needed.
- Maintain collection notes in respective systems.
- Assist with processing customer payments sent to lockbox as needed.
- Work with customers and branch to reconcile and resolve disputed accounts.
- Assumes other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Include:
- Relevant work experience required.
- College degree in lieu of work experience considered.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to work well with others.
- Must have good customer relations skills.
- Computer, multi-user telephone system, copier, fax machine, scanner, Microsoft Office software with intermediate Excel and Word skill level.
- This position requires sitting, standing, bending and lifting.
- Must be physically able to lift boxes weighing approximately 30 lbs.
- Must have the ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions and be attentive to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business-to-business collections.
