Your Role at Keystone Automotive Operations Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist for our Kansas City, MO location.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will assist in all aspects of brand management, including product positioning, marketing, education, social media, and advertising. Your role will focus on shaping the brand’s identity to boost consumer awareness and support business growth, aligning with brand strategy and business objectives.
Responsibilities Include:
Build and maintain market presence, including marketing to customers, product selection, and assisting in messaging.
Create and implement digital ads, from creative and copy to management and optimization. Manage relationships with third party vendors (collateral development, video production, creative design, etc.) for all customer (internal and external) work.
Help to acquire & create content and ensure all the brands’ key attributes are consistently and accurately reflected in all communication channels. Review marketing campaigns; evaluate creative content for print and digital media.
Assist with the execution and marketing of deliverables such as promotions, brochures, flyers, location signage, promotional materials, advertisements, handbooks, mailers, and presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and manage content for digital platforms, social media, and email campaigns.
Analyze marketing campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Assumes other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of related experience required. Still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Marketing or a relevant field/area.
Preferred Qualifications:
No preferred education required.
Proficiency with MS Office required.
Other data, design, and software application(s) experience preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with great attention to detail.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.
Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc. Ability to create, maintain and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations to support business objectives.
Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills. May train others in functional areas, interact with others, and make presentations to departments or middle management.
Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive, and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures.
Decisions generally affect own job or assigned functional area.
Results are defined; sets personal own goals and determines how to achieve results with few or no guidelines to follow; supervisor/manager provides broad guidance and overall direction.
Experience in social media management, email marketing, and event coordination.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
