Your Role with Keystone Automotive Operations
Keystone Automotive Operations is currently looking to hire a Sales & Merchandising Manager to focus on excess and obsolete inventory. We are looking for an individual who is entrepreneurially driven with a mix of both analytical and sales abilities. This unique hybrid position is a combination of eCommerce sales, traditional sales, marketing, inventory management, pricing and analytics.


As a Sales & Merchandising Manager, you will have the unique opportunity of both creating & executing a sales and marketing plan for a highly visible segment of the company. The Sales & Merchandising Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the business segment from creating a business plan to closing a sale throughout Keystone’s vast customer base. 

 
Responsibilities Include:
  • Analytics
    • Maintain and update various weekly, monthly and quarterly files
    • Create, maintain and manage E&O pricing
    • Develop and track all sales initiatives
  • Marketing
    • Develop & implement marketing plans for target product segments via all wholesale and retail channels including digital media
    • Work in conjunction with the sales management team providing proposals and implementing strategies to achieve sales growth
    • Catalog SKUs into one page specials using knowledge of Microsoft Power Point
    • Assist in marketing and selling of Keystone’s line card specifically clearance and overstocked items
    • Update customer contact information with KAO operating system, create/maintain mailings lists and track call frequency on a daily business
  • Traditional Sales
    • Work with the sales team, providing marketing proposals, spiffs, and sales campaigns for the sales staff to execute. 
    • Develop & implement sales plans for target product segments via all wholesale and retail channels including digital media
    • Make outbound sales calls to select E&O customers, new customers and potential customers
    • Coordinate and support selling events at Keystone sponsored trade shows
  • eCommerce Sales
    • Maintain & operate eBay store

Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ Years in a Sales and/or Marketing related field.
  • Advanced Excel Skills.
  • Accurate data analysis and reporting skills using Microsoft Excel, SQL or Access including but not limited to formulas, charts, pivot tables and vlookup functionality
  • Effective presentations skills using knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills required, confident speaker
  • Team orientated with strong interpersonal communications skills able to lead and participate in cross functional teams
  • Proficiency with statistical calculations helpful
  • eCommerce experience a plus primarily dealing in auction sites such as EBAY
  • Business to Business sales & marketing experience preferred
  • Ability to perform duties independently
  • Comfortable cold calling where necessary.
