Your Role with Keystone Automotive Operations Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently looking to hire a Director of Technology & (iBM i) ERP Operations for our Exeter, PA location!
Our Director of Technology and (iBM i) ERP Operations is responsible for iBM Power Systems Enterprise Resource Platform (ERP) multi-partition environment, which includes system design, up-time, monitoring, and security of hardware, internal applications, and 3rd bolt-on party services and software
Essential Job Duties:
Support all aspects of iSeries-related hardware and system software.
Analyze/design/develop/support new native and homegrown applications
Configure/manage/upgrade 3rd party applications
Maintain the local data center infrastructure, including power, fire suppression, air conditioning, and system uptime
Configure and monitor mirrored applications and systems (Disaster Recovery/High Availability)
Conduct troubleshooting; work with programmers and their team leaders to resolve application support issues
Work with vendors to establish and maintain service contracts and relationships and maintain the team budget and expenditures
Establish, collect, and analyze metrics on departmental operating efficacy and implement change to increase productivity
Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and maintain systemic segregation of duties in accordance with internal and external audit guidelines
Qualifications Include:
A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
5 plus years’ experience working on the iSeries platform
Inter-systems communication protocols
Working Knowledge of IBM Client Access Solutions
Possess experience and an appetite for working with all aspects of I.T. systems (hardware, software, security, network, infrastructure, telecommunications, Internet)
Hands-on hardware software and hardware maintenance support experience
Have experience in leading projects and small to mid-sized teams’ goal accomplishment against evolving deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Problem-solving skills in a complex Management Information Systems (MIS) environment
RPG programming background and familiarity with Profound / GUI
Excellent written communication skills
Analytical skillsets and hands-on work with SQL and Excel
Ability to execute hands-on tasks while coordinating and delegating additional work
Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills; ability to relate information in technical and layman’s terms to diverse audiences
Ability to adapt to an evolving technological environment and business landscape
