Your Role with Keystone Automotive Operations
Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently looking to hire a Tech & Warranty Customer Support Specialist for our Elkhart, IN location. To excel in this position, you must be able to multitask, communicate well with others, and be very organized in tasks. The ideal candidate needs to be very goal orientated and willing to work at a very fast pace while maintaining the quality and accuracy set forth in the job expectations. Responsibilities Include:
  • Fields Incoming Calls & E-Mails related to Tech & Warranty cases.
  • Processes Warranty claims/cases daily.
  • Processes orders & RGA's related to Warranty.
  • Supports Sales inside & outside with product information when required.
  • Required to stay current with all product updates and training.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Strong Customer Service Skills.
  • Above-average computer skills.
  • Strong communication both written and spoken.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy.
Education & Experience:
  • High School graduate or GED equivalent.
  • RV & Automotive light to medium trucks knowledge.
  • Mechanical background Automotive & RV Towing.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical.
  • Knowledge of small engine power equipment.
  • Effective oral & written skills.
  • Ability to turn a negative situation into a positive one.
  • Computer, excel, word, office, and AS-400 required
  • Ability to establish priorities and exhibit effective time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Strong Computers skills.
  • Ability to use office equipment, Phone, fax, scanner.
  • Mechanical background.
  • Must be able to read and follow written instructions accurately
