Your Role with Keystone Automotive Operations
Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently looking to hire a New Accounts Representative for our Exeter, PA location. The New Accounts Rep will provide prospective customers with excellent customer service and knowledge of internal processes and policies to assist them.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Responding to incoming calls & emailing contacts from prospective new customers
  • Guiding prospective new customers through the Keystone Automotive/NTP-Stag application process in accordance with call & email quality standards
  • Supporting Sales team with new customer onboarding
  • Maintaining customer records including applications, documentation, and correspondence
  • Assume other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
  • High school degree or equivalent; College degree desired
  • Must have great written and verbal communication skills, and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work well with others
  • The ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions
  • Punctuality and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Prior Customer Care, Sales or Administrative experience
