Your Role with Keystone Automotive Operations Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently looking to hire a Seasonal Marketing Assistant for our Exeter, PA location. Our Seasonal Marketing Assistant will be responsible for all administrative support to the Marketing Team; coordinating receipt of files; confirming information against the system. Responsibilities Include:
General administrative assistance for Program Marketing and Design team.
Receive and confirm receipt of information such as product list, ad files, etc.
Communicate with Supplier partners for missing or past due ads and files
Work interdepartmentally to ensure that content moves through the workflow to ensure accuracy
Determine if files received meet the files needed from Suppliers (based off of list supplied such as fonts, images, Indesign Files, Pdf, etc.)
Lookup product part numbers against the system to insure they are setup, and the accurate part number is given
Communicate missing and inaccurate information with appropriate contacts.
Assumes other duties as assigned.
High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
Must demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to interact with all levels of management.
Have prior general office experience.
Must be able to work in cooperation with others.
Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments despite frequent interruptions.
Must possess good organizational and time management skills.
Must have the ability to prioritize and take initiative.
Computer, Microsoft Excel and Outlook, Acrobat Reader, Knowledge of image and design file types a plus
This position may require lifting of up to 25 pounds. Must be able to work under conditions of frequent interruptions and be attentive to details.
