Your Role with Keystone Automotive Operations
Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently looking to hire an eCommerce Marketplace Manager for our Kansas City, KS location (Remote Report Possible) to support the growth of several marketplace stores.
The right candidate will be responsible for growing and improving the quality of product listings, assisting with sales strategies, abiding by MAP pricing requirements, and understanding margin-based pricing best practices. This candidate will take initiative to start a task and see it through with both quickness and attention to detail. They can work well without much direct guidance, have a natural curiosity, and will want to continue learning through this role. They are interested in collaborating & communicating across the organization and will be able to balance analytical & creative thinking.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Working with tools like Channel Advisor, or similar marketplace management tools
  • Troubleshooting issues and finding solutions
  • Being a self-starter who enjoys working both as part of a team and independently
  • Working with Microsoft systems such as Excel & PowerPoint
  • Driving strong growth through tracking KPIs & setting monthly, quarterly, annual goals
  • Compiling metrics reports, analyze the data, create action items for improvements
  • Understanding when to escalate cases / issues and how to follow-up while avoiding potential violations
  • Regularly analyzing account health metrics to ensure we stay in good standing
  • Optimizing product content based on keyword research, marketplace algorithms, product rankings, sales data, etc.
  • Participating in and developing System Requirement Specifications and Software Detailed Design Documents.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining job role documentation and procedures.
  • Assisting the Client Support teams with problem isolation & resolution.
  • Meeting with individuals from the sales team to acquire product feedback for the development team.
  • Involvement with interface, application, and conversion design, development, and testing.
  • Initiate and support the continual improvement of Keystone Automotive Operation’s quality improvement system.
  • Written and verbal communication with team members and leaders
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • BS in Marketing or Computer Science and 5 years of work-related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills needed, must be able to work with pivot tables, handle large data sets, and put together executive level decks
  • Strong understanding of marketplace fundamentals and best practices to include: listing optimization, analysis, & Account Health
  • Knowledge of eCommerce processes to include: Marketplace selling, SEO, SEM
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 2+ years’ experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or eBay Seller Hub and/or Walmart Seller Center
  • Specific experience with managing Amazon Brand Registry accounts, Amazon Brand Stores, Amazon Advertising
  • Understanding of software applications in .Net, SQL Server based environment
  • Ability to sit long periods of time.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Digital Marketing (Social Media, SEO, SEM, etc.) experience preferred
  • Experience in Automotive / RV / Marine industries a plus
