Your Role with Keystone Automotive Operations
Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently looking to hire an eCommerce Marketing Specialist for our Exeter, PA location!

As an eCommerce Marketing Specialist at Keystone Automotive Operations, you will get to do more than just monitor sales of a product. You will work cross-departmentally to develop eCommerce strategies, apply your skills in web design/optimization and analyze and report on the impact of your approach. More specifically, you’ll get to:
  • Influence website design, craft original content and enhance product listings for eCommerce websites.
  • Create product listings and A+ content for Marketplace sites.
  • Become a subject matter expert in assigned brands and how they are searched and shopped for.
  • Improve the online retail customer experience for your assigned brands and the likelihood of purchase.
  • Manage the digital advertising spend within budget and develop meaningful promotional campaigns that generate site traffic, increase conversions, and generate exponential ROI.
  • Apply a comprehensive understanding of SEO best practices, pricing policies, digital re-marketing initiatives, and customer retention strategies.
  • Implement B2B and B2C email campaigns.
  • Manage social media accounts to engage wholesale customers and retail consumers.
  • Drive brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Use internal reporting and web analytics to monitor changes in product sales, channel sales, customer acquisition cost, sales conversion rate, and page visits.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, eCommerce environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, building, and maintaining e-Commerce websites/marketplace stores on various platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience creating content within Amazon vendor and seller portals, executing promotional campaigns, and navigating the Amazon technical support system.
  • Expert knowledge of digital marketing/promotional strategies, paid advertising, social media management.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills, comfortable writing both creative/lifestyle and technical content.
  • Advanced analytical skills and the ability to create spreadsheets and visual reporting to communicate performance.
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, self-confident, strategic, and collaborative – able to comfortably work independently and interact with all areas of the business.
