Your Role with Keystone Automotive Operations Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently looking to hire an eCommerce New Account Sales Rep for our Exeter, PA location. Our wholesale eCommerce New Account Sales Reps are responsible for managing and developing their account base and grow new customers. This position is a sales position that handles a specific base of online B2B retailers. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Include:
Generating revenue by promoting sales of new and existing products.
Initiating sales calls to existing customers
Assisting customers with sales of product and/or services, responding to questions regarding parts, pricing, services, etc.
Developing relationships with potential customers, or leads, to cultivate new business.
Providing ongoing customer and technical service on existing accounts.
Processing orders occasionally – performs order entry (orders received online), reviews orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data.
Seeking out opportunities for up-selling and price negotiation.
Informing customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.
Dispatching delivery of orders, as necessary to comply with customer requests.
Initiating and supporting the continual improvement of LKQ and Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. quality improvement system.
Handling incoming and outgoing emails with clientele and within the company.
Seeking and developing new business
Establishing how to best retain existing customer relationships
Assuming other duties as assigned.
College degree, High School graduate, G.E.D. or relative experience.
Should be familiar with the company's products and procedures but training will be provided.
Must be able to work in cooperation with others. Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments.
Must be able to communicate effectively with others and be a team-player.
Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules, including occasional weekends.
Must be able to convey product information and availability to customers.
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with customers.
Must be organized, motivated, and a self-starter, and a team player.
Computer, multi-user telephone system, and Microsoft Office software.
Must have the ability to work in a Call Center environment where frequent interruptions will occur.
Must be able to work under pressure comfortably.
One to two years of prior Call Center sales, customer service relations and/or route sales preferred.
Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts preferred but not necessary.
