Your Role with Keystone Automotive Operations
Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently looking to hire an Inside Sales Rep for our Austell. GA location. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming & outgoing phone calls and emails. To excel in this position, you must be able to multitask, communicate well with others, and be organized in tasks. The ideal candidate needs to be goal orientated and willing to work at a very fast pace while maintaining the quality & accuracy set forth in the job expectations. Responsibilities Include:
  • Generating revenue by promoting sales of new & existing products to marine customers.
  • Initiating sales calls to existing customers to assess their need for replenishing inventories.
  • Assisting customers with sales of product and/or services, responding to questions regarding parts, pricing, services, etc.
  • Searching for & developing relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
  • Providing ongoing customer & technical service on existing accounts.
  • Processing orders -- performing order entry of orders called in or received online, reviewing orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data.
  • Seeking out opportunities for up-selling and price negotiation.
  • Informing customers of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.
  • Advising customers on substitution or modification of part when part requested is not available.
  • Dispatching delivery of orders, as necessary, to comply with customer requests.
  • Observing changes in inventory to ensure minimum stock levels.
  • Initiating and supporting the continual improvement of Keystone Automotive Operations
  • Handling incoming and outgoing emails with clientele and within the company.
  • Assuming other duties as assigned.
 
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate in a concise manner with internal & external customers.
  • Microsoft Office background and experience highly desirable.
  • Must be able to thrive in a group/team environment
  • Able to travel, up to 10%, for customer visits or trade shows
 
Preferred Skills:
  • Prior automotive/RV experience and knowledge of automotive/RV parts and accessories a plus.
  • One to two years of prior call center sales, customer service relations and/or route sales
  • Some college coursework/degree
  • Prior sales or account management experience
  • Experience in training/educating people (Example: Teaching your customer how to use online/system features)
