Primary Responsibilities:
1.       Customer service support resolution and direction
2.       Service call resolution
3.       Technical call referral
4.       Order status and delivery verification and support
5.       Application lookup
6.       Incoming call response and order entry  if necessary
7.       Cross sell products as customer allows
8.       Be at agent station on time, prepared to work and mentally in tune with excellent customer service behavioral requirements and engaged in your work
9.       Learn our products and about them to the extent that it facilitates a good customer experience and sales completion
Competencies & Experience:
10.   Customer Service Experience (1-2 years preferred)
11.   Call Center Experience (preferred) or related experience
12.   Familiarity with business based computer systems 
13.   Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
14.   Able to creatively problem solve
15.   Independent thinking
16.   Highly organized – strong attention to detail
17.   Enthusiasm & experience with the specialty automotive aftermarket industry desired
18.   High school degree and min 2 years college or equivalent experience
19.   Strong personal work ethic
