Keystone Automotive Operations has a great opportunity to join one of the best distribution companies in the nation.  We are recruiting for a Logistics/Driver Manager.  Position will work out of our Flower Mound, TX location.  We are seeking candidates with 2+years of driver/manager experience.  This position will be responsible for scheduling, supervising and being familiar with payroll and maintenance budget guidelines.

Thinking on the fly, making quick and accurate decisions with positive interpersonal skills and the ability to oversee, develop and motivate drivers is a huge plus.

Must have CDL - Class A

High School diploma; or associates degree

2 or more years as a driver manager, route planner, or dispatcher in the trucking industry
Strong customer service and professional interpersonal skills
Typing skills; experienced with MS Word, Excel and an AS/400 operating system
Must have current CDL  A and 1 year verifiable CDL employment
Strong Knowledge of current DOT regulations and CSA guidelines
Maintain daily/weekly driver schedules
Create load and daily trip sheets for all routes
Provides proper guidance and training in all managerial responsibilities
Promotes complete DOT safety and compliance
Manages and reports payroll, vacation and PTO requests
Works well with distribution center management to maintain on time loading and departures
Some weekly reporting and KPI responsibility for monthly tracking
Hiring of personnel when required, and further driver development
Some LIGHT travel may be required for safety meetings, DOT training or assistance within the company at other locations
