Outbound Operations Manager NEEDED for our Kansas City, KS location.
We are looking for someone that can direct and motivate team members to execute receiving, shipping and inventory goals.
As part of the supervisor team you will be responsible for:
  • Oversight of all inventory control policies and procedures to maintain inventory accuracy, including receiving of all products into system, control and audit vendor issues.
  • Maintaining the physical condition of the warehouse facility to reflect cleanliness, efficiency and organization.
  • Supervising all warehouse personnel, assigns tasks and duties daily, i.e., shipping and receiving of inventory and proper storage of products.
  • Monitor accuracy of bin maintenance, stocking and order pulling to insure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor expense budgets for repair and maintenance of equipment and overall building expenses.
  • Direct communication with purchasing department on shipment errors and inventory needs, and schedules all inbound overseas containers to be received.
  • Oversight of recycling center to assure correct scheduling of product.
  • Responsible for training and development of all warehouse personnel, to include hiring and evaluating employees.
  • Works directly with satellite managers on maintaining accurate delivery of stock orders and sold product transfers delivered daily.
  • Comply with all safety standards and requirements to assure a safe and hazard-free workplace.
  • Initiates and supports the continual improvement of Keystone's quality improvement system.
