The world’s leading distributor in aftermarket automotive parts and accessories. Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc., is currently looking to hire a Social Media Manager for our Exeter, PA location. .
 
   
Job Summary: Seeking a proactive, results-oriented, social savvy individual to drive the use of social media to deliver innovative and effective marketing strategies. The Social Media Manager will be a key player in the marketing team, responsible for driving the company’s social media presence, growing engagement within the channels, and executing and evaluating the social media strategy.

Essential Job Duties:
  1. Strategy & Content Development:
    1. Plan and continuously evolve a social media strategy that aggressively grows Keystone’s brand
    2. Collaborate with internal creative team (graphic designers, copywriters, segment marketers, etc.) to develop high-quality, relevant content for all relevant social media channels and blog
    3. Conceptualize and drive social marketing campaigns that produce high engagement and viral acquisition.
  2. Brand Monitoring & Customer Relationship
    1. Post content across channels daily, monitor engagement and respond to customer inquiries
    2. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to stay aligned with the demands of the customers and company’s goals
  3. Analytics & Reporting
    1. Set goals and monitor metrics for all social campaigns. Utilize data to make recommendations to enhance and optimize future campaigns
    2. Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy to recommend best practices
    3. Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns
  4. Learning & Training
    1. Implement a “test and learn” practice to continuously optimize messaging strategies. Plan and execute A/B testing to evaluate different types of content and engagement methods.
    2. Recommend and launch new social media tools, platforms.
    3. Stay on top of industry trends and innovation; knowledge sharing with team members
Basic Qualifications:
  1. Education & Experience:
    1. 2+ years’ experience as Social Media Marketing Associate/Specialist or similar role; BA degree preferred
    2. Passion for both consuming and creating content
    3. Extreme organization and detail orientation
    4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required
    5. Accurate data analysis and reporting skills
    6. High energy, self-motivated team player with a great attitude who can work with grace under pressure
    7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
    8. Hyper aware of digital trends
    9. Lives and breathes social media 
  2. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
    1. Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing
    2. Proficient in common social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn
    3. Experience with social analytics tools such as Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, YouTube Analytics.
    4. Proficient in Google Analytics and AdWords
    5. Campaign Management and Optimization
    6. Competitive and Strategic Planning for Ecommerce and Branding Initiatives
    7. Microsoft Office
