KAO - Mississauga immediately requires long term Sales - Call Center Associate.
 
Job Summary:
 
Within a Customer Service Call Center environment, handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
 
 
Essential Job Duties:
 
• Clearly communicate the mission of selling & these guidelines.
• Know your performance indicators and results vs budget.
• Answer all incoming calls routed to your extension.
• Manage accounts (analyze activities, promote new products and
   services, manage prices, sale promotions, promote the site eKeystone).
• Increase customer (outgoing and action plan, promote products and
   services, identify new customers, developing client accounts).
• Processes the input of commands (called or received online).
• Look for opportunities for additional sales and price negotiation.
• Informs the customer unit prices, shipping date, expected delays, and
    any additional information required by the customer.
• Advising clients on the substitution or modification of part of
   command when a requested party is not available.
• Distributes delivery of orders, if necessary to comply with customer
   applications.
• Observe the changes in inventory to ensure inventory levels
   minimum.
• Initiates and supports the continuous improvement of LKQ and Keystone Automotive
   Industries, Inc. Quality Improvement System.
• Assume for other duties as assigned.
 
 
Education & Experience:
 
. High school degree or equivalent, college coursework desired.
. One to two years of prior Call Center sales, customer service relations and/or route sales or equivalent.
. Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts.
 
. Must be familiar with the company's products and procedures.
. Must be able to work in cooperation with others.
. Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments.
. Must be able to communicate effectively with others and be a team-player.
. Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends.
. Must be able to convey product information and availability to customers.
. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with customers.
. Must be organized, motivated, and a self-starter.
. Must have the ability to work in a Call Center environment where frequent interruptions may occur.
. Must be able to work under pressure comfortably.
