Job Summary:  Develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels
Essential Job Duties:
  1. Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and social media marketing campaigns
  2. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  3. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests on the digital media
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  5. Collaborate with Program Manager to develop new programs that leverage digital technology to generate incremental supplier income and drive profitable sales
  6. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  7. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  8. Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  9. Initiate and support the continual improvement of Keystone Automotive Operations’ quality improvement system
  1. Requires comprehensive knowledge of marketing principles with proven working experience in digital marketing
  2. Strong leadership capability – able to motivate direct reports and influence those who don’t report directly
  3. Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media; experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  4. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  5. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
  6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required, confident speaker
  7. Planning: an ability to think ahead and plan over a 3-9 month time span
  8. Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  9. Project management skills
  10. Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong team player
