Job Summary: Responsible for successfully collecting and maintaining monies due to company. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports for potential issues.
Essential Job Duties:
1. Manage maintenance of records and reconciles monthly accounts.
2. Process credit applications for customer credit.
3. Interface with outside collection agencies and attorneys.
4. Research accounts and responds to customers inquiries.
5. Initiate and support the continual improvement of Keystone Automotive Industries quality improvement system.
6. Assumes other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications (Minimum Required Experience, Education, Knowledge/Skills/Abilities, Essential Physical Demands):
Education & Experience: High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent required. Must have basic accounting knowledge.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must have good written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work independently and possess good customer service skills.
Machines, Equipment, and Software: Computer, 10-key calculator, multi-user telephone system, copier, fax machine, and Microsoft Office software.
Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment: Must have the ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions and be attentive to details. Must be able to be patient with others, have the ability to listen, and be able to work under pressure comfortably.
Preferred Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of experience in a high volume credit and collection environment preferred.
