Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc / NTPStag is currently looking for an Outside Sales Representative for our Midwest Territories.  The Outside Sales Rep will be responsible for promoting sales within the MN, ND, and WI territories.  You will also be responsible to motivate the route salespeople to grow existing and inactive accounts.
 
What you’ll do:
  • Solicit, present product and sell to new and existing customers on a daily basis.
  • Be familiar with Keystone product literature and be able to convey product information and availability to customers.
  • Make sales presentations on new and existing accounts.
  • Assist in training and motivating the route salespeople.
  • Coordinate the calls of route salespeople.
  • Ensure the integrity of the Company’s quality management systems.
  • Comply with established company policies and procedures.
  • Assume other duties as assigned.
 
What you’ll need:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and a valid Driver’s License.
  • Two years of sales or related experience.
  • Safe driving record.
  • Must be able to work well with others.
  • Attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments.
  • Communicate effectively, written and orally.
  • Flexibility to work various schedules, including weekends.
  • Establish priorities and exhibit effective time management skills.
  • Be able to stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time.
  • Should not have lifting restrictions.
  • Must not be afraid of heights.
  • Be able to tolerate high and low temperature levels.
  • Be able to withstand moderately loud work environments.
  • Must be able to tolerate occasional inclimate driving conditions.
