About the Role
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will help plan and execute marketing initiatives, coordinate content and events, maintain brand consistency, and use campaign performance data to support continuous improvement.What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company goals
- Coordinate content for digital platforms, social media, and email campaigns with cross-functional teams
- Plan and support onsite and virtual events, webinars, promotions, and related campaign activity
- Create social media content and manage posting schedules to maintain brand consistency
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Partner with graphic designers to develop and distribute marketing collateral
- Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials
- Maintain productive relationships with clients and partners supporting collaborative marketing initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2–4 years of marketing experience, including relevant internship or agency experience
- Proficiency with Shopify
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and attention-to-detail skills
- Experience with social media management, email marketing, and event coordination
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft platforms, or comparable digital marketing and productivity tools
- Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Self-motivated, collaborative approach with strong communication skills and an interest in creative, data-informed marketing
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
