Location: Houston, TX
Hourly Pay: $19.00
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4 to 5 days/week (based on route and business needs) Early morning start times.
Role Summary
As a Delivery Driver, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our customers’ businesses moving by delivering aftermarket automotive, RV, and marine parts safely and on time. You’ll operate a company box truck, interact directly with customers, and represent Keystone through dependable service and professionalism.

Position Highlights
- $1,000 Retention Bonus — $500 after 6 months and $500 after 12 months of continuous employment
- Performance-based hourly increases of up to $0.50/hour at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year
- Consistent weekday schedule — no weekend work
- Company-provided vehicle with heat and A/C

- Be part of a team that values safety, customer service, teamwork, and reliability
- Safely operate a 15-foot or larger box truck to deliver automotive, RV, and marine parts and accessories
- Load, secure, transport, and unload products while following proper handling and safety procedures
- Provide friendly, professional service and serve as a positive representative of Keystone when interacting with customers
- Verify deliveries, communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams, and address routine delivery issues as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional appearance
- Follow all applicable DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 6 months of experience driving a 15-foot box truck or larger
- No motor vehicle violations within the past 24 months
- Ability to lift and handle freight weighing up to 75 pounds
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and customer-focused approach to work
