Please answer the following Position Qualifiers with a Yes or No answer:
This position requires at least 6 months experience driving a 15ft - 18ft box truck & a clean driving record for the last 2 years (no recent DUI history). Our drivers must be able to lift up 75 pounds on their own, occasionally. Our start times are, M-F, as early as 3 am. Occasionally, our delivery routes require our driver to stay out overnight and complete the route & return home the following day. Please, only complete the application, if you meet these qualifications and are available to work the times & scenarios provided.
EARLY MORNING Shift Start time: Are you available to work Monday through Friday with start time of 3 am - 4 am and, occasionally, as needed, be available overnight? *
We have limited number of delivery routes that are pre-scheduled as overnight routes (depart one day, stay in hotel overnight, return next day), but sometimes due to weather, traffic, or other unscheduled events, a route may be delayed. In those events, for the safety of our delivery driver, we may require the driver to stop their route, stay at a hotel overnight, on the next day complete the route and return home. If you could never be available for an overnight route, please answer this question as No.
Do you have delivery experience while driving 15' - 18' trucks? *
Most of our company vehicles are 15 ft - 18 ft box trucks, similar to UHaul or Penske, that do not require CDL license.
Have you had any motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months? *
This includes, but isn't limited to, speeding violations, DUI, at-fault accidents, etc.
In this position you will occasionally be required to lift up to 75 pounds on your own. Would you be able to lift up to 75 pounds on occasion? *
