Location: Ocoee, FL
Compensation: $20.50/hour
Schedule: Sun, 3 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. & Mon – Thurs, 5:30 p.m. – 2 a.m.


Role Summary
Are you a hands-on team player with strong leadership skills and a commitment to operational excellence? Join Keystone Automotive Operations as a Warehouse Lead and help support the daily success of our warehouse team. In this role, you’ll guide team members through daily assignments, provide training and coaching, and serve as a key link between supervisors and staff to ensure smooth communication and workflow. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to help the team meet productivity, accuracy, and safety goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with scheduling and overseeing daily assignments to ensure quality control and maximum productivity of team members assigned.
  • Lead and assist in the storage and handling of production material that has been received or needs to be shipped.
  • Coordinate and oversee the daily cycle counts of production materials.
  • Observe, enforce, and coach workers to ensure compliance of safety standards and regulations to assure a safe and hazard-free workplace.
  • Train others.
  • Analyze or resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems.
  • Establish or adjust work procedures to meet deadlines.
  • Supervise all warehouse activities, i.e., truck loading/unloading, moving bin locations, bin maintenance, and restocking.
  • Perform warehouse activities to include parts pulling, staging, and loading/stocking of trucks.
  • Verify in-stock position on product for sales staff as well as assist in monitoring inventory levels.
  • Assumes other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Lead the work of others who perform essentially the same work. May set priorities, schedule and review work, but have no responsibility to hire, terminate, review performance and/or make pay decisions.
     
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Forklift Certification.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.
  • Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc. Ability to create, maintain and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations to support business objectives.
  • Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills. May train others in functional areas, interact with others and make presentations to department or middle management.
  • Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures.
  • Decisions generally affect own job or assigned functional area.
  • Results are defined; sets personal own goals and determines how to achieve results with few or no guidelines to follow; supervisor/manager provides broad guidance and overall direction.
  • Handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with moderate complexity.

Work Environment
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit for extended periods of time.
  • The employee may be exposed to hazardous situations, conditions, and equipment. Must be able to work in cramped spaces or underneath vehicles that may require getting into awkward positions. May regularly wear personal protective equipment (PPE). May be exposed to extreme temperatures and high noise levels.
  • Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements).
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
