Location: Irving, TX
Hourly Pay: 0.60 CPM
Schedule: Monday – Friday with start to depart 3:00 am / 4:00 am

In this role, you’ll ensure all loads are properly secured, logs are completed in accordance with DOT and company standards, and equipment is kept in safe operating condition.

Position Highlights
  • No routes departing on Saturdays or Sundays!
  • Delivery area is TX and surrounding states including NM and LA.
  • Must be flexible with overnight stay at least one to two times a week.
  • No touch freight.
  • Late model equipment and a strong support team.
  • Consistent miles every week.

Key Responsibilities
Transportation & Delivery
  • Operate a Dodge 3500C/5500 pickup truck with a 30' or 40' gooseneck trailer to transport BedRock truck beds and materials.
  • Safely load, secure, and deliver products according to daily schedules provided by the BedRock Supervisor.
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely, safe deliveries and pickups.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and required documentation in compliance with company and DOT standards.
Equipment Care & Compliance
  • Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicles and equipment.
  • Ensure all vehicles and trailers are maintained in safe, road-ready condition.
  • Adhere to DOT regulations and internal policies, including Hours of Service (HOS) and safety requirements.
  • Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly to the Transportation Manager.
Team Collaboration & Additional Support
  • Work closely with the Transportation Manager and team to support scheduling and operational priorities.
  • Assist with departmental needs such as yard moves, trailer drops, supply runs, and vehicle transfers as assigned.
  • When not assigned to deliveries, support other operational tasks or local runs as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • Valid CDL A license and current DOT Medical Card.
  • Minimum 3 years of flatbed trailer experience, including load securement using straps.
  • Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service (HOS) requirements.
  • Clean background and MVR; must pass DOT criminal background check, pre-employment drug test, and physical exam.
  • Willingness to travel outside of Texas; overnight stays required (Usually twice per week, company covers hotel accommodations and typically reimburses meals within seven business days of submission.).
  • Availability for early route starts (as early as 3:00–4:00 a.m.); standard schedule Monday–Friday.
