Your Role at Keystone Automotive Operations
Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently seeking a Router / Dispatcher for our Exeter, PA location.


As a Router/Dispatcher, you’ll be responsible for two core functions: creating safe, efficient, and achievable daily delivery routes, and monitoring those routes while supporting delivery teams in real time. This role requires frequent use of routing software and strong, consistent communication with delivery teams.

Success in this position requires strong communication skills, computer literacy, punctuality, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Note: This role requires an early morning start time.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Utilize Omnitracs/Roadnet Anywhere (Routing) software to import, route, and adjust our Keystone Truck run delivery routes
  • Communicate daily route plans to our delivery teams and adjust according to their needs
  • Dispatch drivers and provide support throughout the shift via phone or dispatching software
  • Maintain customer records including but not limited to address, receiving hours, delivery instructions, etc.
  • Plan, create, and adjust delivery routes to maximize efficiency and support sales initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
  • Report on Delivery KPI's
  • Create driver schedules
  • Assume other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
  • 1+ years of experience in dispatching, routing, transportation, or logistics (preferred)
  • General computer literacy required
  • Familiarity with routing and dispatch software (preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office - Outlook Specifically (Excel a plus)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

Essential Physical Demands / Work Environment
  • Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, frequently.
