Your Role at Keystone Automotive Operations
Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently looking to hire a Graphic Design Specialist for our Exeter, PA location. Our Graphic Design Specialists are responsible for project coordination with a focus in graphic design, to include designing and creating graphics to meet specific business needs.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Design and produce original graphics for logos, retail product packaging, sales collateral material, catalogs, trade show assets, product displays, print and digital advertising and email communications
  • Steward unique brand identities with the consistent, accurate application of logos, color palettes and messaging
  • Drive creative concepting and execution leveraging traditional design tools as well as AI based options for assigned projects
  • Present concepts through shared proofing tool with the ability to explain design choices/preferences
  • Execute revisions in an organized and timely manner and track changes for accuracy
  • Package approved art files and supporting materials and deliver to designated receivers with follow-up confirmation according to scheduled deadlines
  • Organize creative assets according to established file structures
  • Maintain progress of work and provide weekly status updates
  • Assume other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or Advertising or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio of original work
  • Expert level competency with Adobe Creative Cloud with emphasis on Photoshop and Illustrator, plus working knowledge of other integrated AI design tools.
  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and self-confident with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Expert level competency in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Able to create/leverage unique brand identities, design logos, retail packaging design, print and digital advertising and comprehensive collateral materials to support product sales
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Confident communicator able to express ideas and concepts both orally and in writing to peers and leaders
  • Consultative, willing to ask questions and seek input from others
  • Active problem solver, takes initiative to make the complex simple and improve processes for all
  • Consistently meets deadlines, can handle multiple projects simultaneously and complete all deliverables on time

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment

  • Remote work is not available for this role; must be able to work on-site M-F (Exeter, PA)
  • Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, frequently.
  • Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
