Your Role with Keystone Automotive Operations
Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative for our Elkhart, IN location!


Our Inside Sales Reps are responsible for providing our potential & current customers with a world-class experience through outstanding customer service skills and knowledge of our business systems.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide customer service, evaluate the customer's needs, and answer questions regarding parts, pricing, product availability, and services.
  • Provide relevant information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times and payment methods. Complete internal documents supporting any transaction (credits, invoices, work order, etc.).
  • Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
  • Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.
  • Advise customer on substitution or modification of part when part requested is not available.
  • Process orders, perform order entry, review orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities and shipping data (may dispatch orders in some locations).
  • Follow-up with customers as needed.
  • May evaluate and propose appropriate price for parts by considering various criteria.
  • Assume other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Include:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Strong time management and organizational skill required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate in a concise manner with internal and external customers.
  • Microsoft Office background and experience highly desirable.
  • Must be able to thrive in a group/team environment
  • Able to travel, up to 10%, for customer visits or trade shows

Preferred Skills:
  • Some college coursework/degree preferred.
  • Prior sales or account management experience
  • General Automotive knowledge and/or experience
  • Experience in training / educating people (Example. Teaching your customer how to use online/system features)
