Your Role at Keystone Automotive Operations
Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently seeking a Collections Coordinator for our Exeter, PA location.


As a Collections Coordinator, you will be responsible for collecting and processing accounts receivable.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Assist Office Manager, Accounting Manager, Corporate Collectors and Corporate Collections Managers in collection efforts.
  • Assist in any combination of these duties: Reviews monthly accounts receivables accounts, targets past due charge account invoices or COD account invoices.
  • Provide outbound communications, such as calls, faxes and collection letters as examples, to Customers and employees from other departments and locations as requested by Office Manager, Accounting Manager, Corporate Collections staff and Managers.
  • Provide support to Office Manager, Accounting Manager, Corporate Collectors and Corporate Collections Managers with inbound communications as needed.
  • Receive and distribute all incoming mail and overnight packages to Corporate Collections staff as needed.
  • Prepare and send external mail and overnight packages originating from Collections staff.
  • As assigned, manage inbound and outbound communications to/from Group email boxes.
  • Assume other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Relevant work experience required.
  • College degree in lieu of work experience considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in business-to-business collections.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to work well with others.
  • Must have good customer relations skills.
