Primary Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming call and email contacts from prospective new customers
- Guide prospective new customers through the Keystone Automotive/NTP-Stag application process in accordance with call and email quality standards
- Support Sales team with new customer onboarding
- Maintain customer records including applications, documentation, and correspondence
- Assume other duties as assigned
- High school degree or equivalent; College degree desired
- Must have great written and verbal communication skills, and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work well with others
- The ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions
- Punctuality and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Prior Customer Care, Sales or Administrative experience
- A desire to grow professionally
