Your Role with Keystone Automotive Operations
Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently searching for a Process Improvement Associate for our Exeter, PA location. Primary responsibilities include assisting with continuous improvement projects, warehouse & cross-dock reporting, and maintaining & enforcing Standard Operating Procedures.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Assisting & supporting projects related to warehouse reprofiling
  • Communicating changes to all levels of management
  • Working directly with receiving, inventory, and shipping teams to troubleshoot & problem-solve project related issues
  • Assisting in daily & weekly Cross Dock and Warehouse reporting
  • Assume other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
  • One year of Operations, Warehousing, or Logistics related experience
  • Must possess organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Excel
  • Requires the ability to travel 5-10% and/or as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management experience
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a business-rel­­­ated field
